AMAZING! Very hard working and friendly staff that was knowledgeable about the area, and they also have coffee 24/7 in the lobby, the pool was nice and the hot tub was relaxing. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were probably the best I’ve slept on. I was impressed with how much better this hotels quality was compared to others in town. We will definitely be staying here again! The breakfast here was lovely and had just about everything you could want and need and if there was anything they didn’t have, they had a little suite shop in the lobby where you could purchase additional things like medicine, alcohol, and other snacks and drinks. Also they can enroll you for free into their Hilton Honors program which doesn’t cost you anything, earns you discounts, and eventually leads to benefits like free nights and and snacks at check in

5 stars all across the board for this gem of a place! The entire Hotel was extremely clean, the hot tub worked perfectly, and the associates were very professional and nice. I would recommend this to anyone that can afford a bill for the night, well worth the extra expense for the comfort.

A friend of mine and I stayed for the first time at Spark by Hilton in Nacogdoches, Texas, on the weekend of October 10 - 13, 2025. We had specifically chosen this hotel due to both its close location to a nearby training center and the name Hilton has always exemplified quality. During our stay, we enjoyed the spacious room accommodation and amenities. Ariana was especially helpful in our check-in and helping us throughout the weekend. My friend and I especially enjoyed the "continental breakfast" on the mornings of Saturday and Sunday mornings. Initially when we entered the breakfast area, we had difficulty in locating the eggs and sausage, as they were in the attached conference room away from the other breakfast selections. Fortunately, we found the coffee cart out in the lobby! I mentioned this to Ariana and told of our comical initial missing eggs and sausage. She told us that the reason the eggs and sausage were not with the rest of the breakfast options was due to a lack of kitchen facilities and that they were prepared and brought in from another hotel. On Monday morning, my friend and I awoke a little later, as we were about to check out and head home. Considering that breakfast was served from 6:00 - 10:00AM, we anticipated similar fare of breakfast selections. Unfortunately, that was not the case! When we entered the breakfast area, we were disappointed to find that the eggs and sausage were missing, leaving only the other selections, unlike our previous two mornings' experience. Upon inquiring Shelby of our observation, she told us that the eggs and sausage were "for the morning staff and was paid for by the staff" and that they were "put away at 7:30 AM". WOW! Needless to say, my friend and I enjoyed our bagel, banana, yogurt, coffee and apple juice, somewhat disappointed that the "continental breakfast" was lacking on our last day before our return home. I guess I have always made the assumption that all continental breakfasts consisted of "a buffet-style meal that typically includes items such as bagels, toast, and condiments, pastries, fruit, juice, cereals, beverages, and possibly eggs and meat", according to Quora.com, as that has been my experience in many other hotels.

The property appeared cleaned and well kept! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely hot initially and took a more than a few hours to cool. The beds and sheets appeared clean. The bathroom had some things covered with fresh paint. (ie: tub and around door handle) It didn’t prevent usage. Coffee at night had coffee grinds in it. I loved the setup for the coffee/tea station. They offered a variety of things to flavor your coffee/tea. Breakfast was mid. I was expecting the waffle station however I was met with bagels! They also had yogurt & toppings, cereal & milk, powdered egg omelets and greasy bacon and fresh fruit and boiled eggs. Coffee was better that morning. Full length mirror, microwave, mini fridge and iron/loud squeaky ironing board was a plus! Check-in/out was easy and quick. I only needed my ID and a card for incidental fees of $50 to check into my room, since they charged the card before I got there. The $50 was returned once the room was inspected for damages. The location was not as convenient due to construction around the area. It made it difficult to move around. WiFi! Don’t think you’re going to enjoy your gaming on their WiFi because we had to connect to our hotspot!

Lobby and Rooms were very clean and hotel is in a good location, but there was no maid service to make the beds and bring fresh towels. Workers were friendly and room was reasonably priced. Very enjoyable stay!

Driving from STL to Galveston for a cruise and decided to stay here for the night. Holly at check in was amazing. Beds were very comfy. AC was nice. We loved the ceiling fan in the hotel room. I've never seen that before. The AC was loud but it was like a white noise so we didn't mind it. Pool was cold but nice. Area felt safe. Parking lot felt safe. Breakfast wasnt the best but we are just used to pancakes or waffles so to not have that option was a slight ding. Coffee is folgers and was good. We would absolutely stay here again. It was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. A+
